I’m one of the people who bought the Affiliate Annihilation program today, July 23, 2010. It would appear that the link to download this product is faulty and does not work. I have tried numerous times throughout the day and on an affiliate forum to contact Kieran and/or the support email people and have had no response to my inquiries.
If you people are planning to launch a product you should at least have some staff to field questions/concerns who are available on the day it goes live and you start selling to people.
If there is a legitimate glich in the system that enables people to download the product at least put up a little note on the link page to inform us that you are working on it. OR have someone answer emails. Unfortunately, there is no email or contact info. listed on the link page I was taken to. I had to dig through my purchase confirmation email to try to find some type of support email address.
As you can see, my faith in you and your product are diminishing by the hour.
